At Bright Side Magnets, we take pride in creating personalized, custom photo magnets made just for you. Because each item is uniquely created, our return and refund policy reflects the nature of our products.

Custom Orders

All of our products are custom-made and personalized, which means:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed and delivered.

  • Please double-check your photos, spelling, and details before confirming your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your magnets! If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation


Order Issues / Edits

If you need to make changes to your order:

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order

  • Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • We are unable to fulfill your order

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase

  • After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom photo magnets

  • Personalized products

  • Items purchased at in-person events or fairs
