All of our products are custom-made to order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • During busy periods (holidays, events, promotions), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been completed and shipped.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Local Charlotte, NC Orders: 1–3 business days (or faster when available)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

We offer local pickup and event pickup options.

  • You will receive instructions once your order is ready

  • Pickup times are coordinated based on availability

Shipping Rates

We may offer free shipping promotions on orders of $25 or more.

Incorrect Address

For orders placed at:

  • Pop-up events

  • On-site magnet stations

Items are typically fulfilled immediately or same day, and shipping policies may not apply.
